If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30 days Money Back Guarantee.If you're not satisfied with any purchase,just return the Jewelry for refund.No question asked.

Refund will be given within 5-7 business days after we get the item, shipping fee and handcrafting fee will be deducted from the original payment(free shipping item will also be charged the postage). For special designed expensive items, we usually need to charge extra restocking fee.

Friendly reminder:We can custom make any jewelry.However,if the jewelry is custom made for you,it is non-return unless quality problem,thanks for your understanding!
